This week, more than 450 delegates from 52 countries across the world gathered in London for the 2017 THE World Academic Summit, hosted by King's College London.

The event made headlines around the world, and saw more than 75 speakers - including Nobel laureates and leaders of the world's highest ranking universities - come together to debate and discuss the global issues currently affecting higher education. 

Chris Parr is joined by reporter Ellie Bothwell, editorial director of THE's global rankings Phil Baty, and head of content and engagement for the World Summit series Tim Sowula to discuss their highlights from the event.
